If it is truly last minute and time is of the essence, coming up with a theme and planning may not be possible. When that happens, finding outside help becomes important. Party planning expertise from a professional doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg, though. In fact, one great solution to party planning and theme execution needs may be found at a local amusement park.

Often an amusement park will have a party planner on staff and pre-planned themes and packages to accommodate needs and budgets. If the center doesn't provide cake and ice cream or favors, be sure to ask about any rules or policies for bringing in outside items. Also ask about the food, having an unlimited pizza buffet is a hit at any party. Lastly, if timing and budgets allow, be sure to ask about provisions for any adults that are also invited such as extra fees for their food and drinks, and if they receive game tokens too.
